O’Biolla is seeking a well organized, self motivated, industry knowledgeble individual that wants to work as a virtual team player with experienced business executives (former Microsoft, P&G) and scientist from the O'Biolla international Scientific Advisory Board. Succes for thsi job is defined by the capacity to mix research and business opportunities to create and launch new nutraceuticals/biotech products based on blood oranges and other citrus form Italy.
Initilly the candidate as will report directly to Giuseppe Mascarella, President of the company as Strategic Initaitive Manager. Later on the candidate will hire the team to support the long range projects and have his own team. MBA and/or graduated degree in Food sciences, Nutraceuticals. Industrial Microbiology are encouraged to apply. Skills needed range from team and information coordination abilities to scaling up impact of their work, positive attitude in dealing with change and un-certainty and marketing expertise.
Product Marketing Component Type of products: Blood Orange Super Drink, Supplements, Skin care products, pre-Biotics, essential oils, etc . All based on Citrus transformation. Management of the each product by defining product positioning, market research, products brochures, marketing collateral, trade show planning, email marketing planning, lead management pipeline and effectiveness of investment in marketing, viral marketing. Manage the momentum creation with Viral marketing associated with tradeshows and other similar areas. Write brochures on possible use. Marketing kits to empower sales people, newsletters targeted to fruit stores and supplement manufacturers leveraging marketing databases from magazines.
